Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
Production Employees are responsible to sort and repackage product as well as other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sort product based on: size, color, quality and ripeness Place product in tray/case Move case to discharge conveyor Label cases Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Must have the physical ability to read labels efficiently. Must have the physical ability to hear and follow instructions Must have basic math skills and be able to do basic math in your head. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 2.
Skills:
Basic Computer Skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
Employee may have to lift, carry and move boxes and cartons up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in refrigerated and cold environments.
