Job Description
HL Moving Services is a growing provider of moving, storage, transportation, and logistics solutions dedicated to helping customers relocate safely and efficiently. Our operation relies on individuals who value organization, consistency, and high-quality workmanship. We are currently hiring a Production Packaging Associate to support our packaging and logistics team. This role is responsible for transforming daily operational plans into organized, shipment-ready results. From packaging and inventory preparation to shipment coordination and workflow support, you'll play an important role in keeping operations running efficiently. What You'll Do Packaging Operations Prepare products, materials, and customer belongings for transportation and storage Utilize protective packaging methods to ensure safe handling and delivery Assemble packaging materials, containers, and shipment supplies Verify packaging quality, completeness, and shipment readiness Inventory & Organization Organize inventory within designated storage and staging areas Track and maintain packaging materials and operational supplies Assist with inventory counts and material reconciliation activities Support efficient product flow throughout operational areas Logistics Support Coordinate package staging for loading and transportation teams Assist with shipment preparation and operational documentation Support receiving, sorting, and processing activities Help maintain smooth daily workflow across departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in packaging, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, or moving services is a plus Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and dependable attendance Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Benefits Competitive Pay Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employer Matching Program Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Flexible Scheduling Employee Referral Bonuses Career Advancement Opportunities Professional Development Support Paid Training Stable Full-Time Employment Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Day Shift Overtime Opportunities Available Why Join HL Moving Services?
