Overview & Summary This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders to customers. Precision matters. Mistakes cannot be made, and attention to detail is critical. This role also includes building shipping boxes, preparing carrier pickups, and supporting cross-trained warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Print orders and shipping labels from Shopify Pick products from shelves that correspond exactly to order forms Build corrugated shipping boxes using Kraft gummed (glue) tape Pack products securely and neatly to prevent damage in transit Apply shipping labels accurately and verify order details Stack completed packages in bins and stage for carrier pickup Prepare shipments for UPS, USPS, and FedEx Drive company vehicle to post office or carrier drop-offs Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area Communicate clearly with warehouse staff and management Cross-train in additional warehouse functions to increase responsibility Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience in a warehouse picker/packer or shipping role preferred Familiarity with Shopify is a plus Clean driving record is required Must pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs Ability to stand and work on foot for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter with a strong work ethic Works well with others and contributes positively as a team player Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Growth & Advancement Cross-learning across fulfillment, inventory, and operations Increased responsibility leads to increased compensation Opportunity to grow into advanced warehouse or operations roles Schedule Full-time, weekday schedule Occasional flexibility required based on order volume
