Negotiable About Zero Gravity Cannabis Zero Gravity Cannabis is a locally owned and operated Maine cannabis company dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Associate & Retail Support Specialist . This position will primarily focus on packaging products in our wholesale facility while also providing support in our retail stores as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Packaging & Production Duties Package cannabis flower, concentrates, pre-rolls, edibles, cartridges, and other products according to company standards and state regulations. Apply product labels accurately and ensure compliance with all Maine cannabis regulations. Maintain detailed records of packaged products and inventory. Assist with inventory counts and quality control procedures. Prepare products for wholesale distribution and retail sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures. Retail Support Duties Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner when scheduled in-store. Support retail staff with inventory management, product stocking, and merchandising. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, displays, and storage areas. Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory. Help ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass all state-required background checks and meet cannabis industry eligibility requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills preferred. Previous cannabis industry, packaging, manufacturing, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Ability to work in both production and retail environments.
