Impact Your Role:
In our Shipping/Receiving Warehouse position, you'll play a vital role in helping us produce high-quality printed packaging. You'll work closely with a all departments and operators to ensure smooth operations and top-notch results. What you'll do: Work in a safe manner. Follow safety and food safety guidelines and procedures. Maintain a work environment suitable for food packaging and meeting Safe Quality Food (SQF) Requirements. Utilize scheduled and unscheduled downtime to clean work areas, warehouse, equipment and eliminate clutter to improve safety and efficiencies. Complete required documentation for AIB/Product Safety. Support company Quality programs including AIB/Product Safety & ISO. Follow all procedures to accomplish job accurately. Assure tools and supplies used are food safe in appropriate areas. Be proactive in resolving quality issues and target internal and external customer satisfaction. Suggest ideas to support continuous improvement. Coordinate and cooperate with oncoming shifts to ensure limited disruption of production. Stage film in an efficient manner to sustain manufacturing and to maintain production schedules issued to the Warehouse. Accurate and timely Data Entry pertaining to raw film and finished goods. Follow all procedures for safe and careful handling of the Product. Operate a forklift and/or a roll grab truck in loading, unloading and storing materials and transporting to and from various production areas. Operating of computer terminal As time permits loading trucks with finished goods from lead packing is required. What you
