Job Description
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known aluminum manufacturer to provide dependable, knowledgeable temp to hire associates in Belding, MI. This is a short-term project (6 - 10 weeks) that could turn into a full-time opportunity for associates who show strong attendance and performance. Order Packer Job Summary
- 3rd shift, 11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday-Thursday
- $20.09 per hour (3rd Shift)
- Pack aluminum products for shipment off of skids
- Label, sort, and prepare customer orders
- Inspect products for quality prior to packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in other production departments as needed Order Packer Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Steel toe footwear, safety glasses, and ear plugs required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and walk throughout shift
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and transportation
