Location:
Ferndale, MI 1st shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM3rd shift: 10:00 PM- 6:30
AM Pay Rate:
$14.00+ Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a stable, full-time role? We're hiring Production Associates to support the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products for a leading local food manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and package food productsPrepare ingredients and packaging materialsWork in cold and wet conditions (40°F)Follow safety and cleanliness standardsCollaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Strong attendance record — perfect attendance required for the first 90 daysComfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbsWilling to work mandatory overtime and weekends as neededExperience in food production or food service is a plus, but not requiredPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working in cold/wet environments
