  • Job Summary
  • As an Inspector, you will work collaboratively on a production team to meet goals around racking, inspection, sorting, packaging, and labeling. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality finishes.
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • + Maintain professionalism at all times while on the production floor + Learn and understand production processes related to inspection + Identify and categorize plating defects with precision + Accurately enter inspection data into computer systems + Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members + Receive training on new parts and product requirements + Operate plant equipment and organize materials + Perform final packaging and labeling of products + Adhere to handling and palletizing procedures + Assist with material handling, inventory, sorting, and racking tasks + Attach products to racks according to specific instructions + Respond quickly to other duties as assigned •Qualifications & Skills•+ Strong verbal and written communication skills + Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail + Basic computer proficiency + Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform repetitive motions + Must wear close-toed shoes; comfortable working in hot/humid plant conditions + Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures + Equivalent relevant experience required •Company is committed to creating a safe, professional, and inclusive workplace where every employee is valued.
