•2:00pm Monday-Friday 3rd shift, 9:00pm

•7:00am Monday-Thursday (OT as needed)

Packer/Operator Job Summary:

A growing brewery in the Grand Rapids area is seeking reliable Packaging & Filler Operators to join their team. This company is looking for dependable, team-focused individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to contribute to a successful team.

Packer/Operator Responsibilities:

Operate filler stations to fill and prepare kegs for production and distribution Place empty and filled kegs onto racks, pallets, and designated production areas Assist with keg movement using vacuum systems, robotic equipment, and manual handling methods Load and unload kegs and materials while maintaining a safe and organized work area Perform general production and packaging duties to support daily brewery operations Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures throughout the production area Work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow

Packer/Operator Qualifications:

Ability to lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or general labor preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks and support team operations !
