Summary Visually inspects, wraps, and package parts. Works with other packers in daily activities to meet production needs. Duties and Responsibilities Pack and unpack parts to customer specification Inspect parts for nicks, dings, blisters, & color distortion Count and verify production orders Efficiently wrap and package parts Responsible for checking quality of work to ensure it meets the customer's expectations Responsible for a clean working area Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to visually inspect each part for quality and consistency Ability to apply reasoning and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems by being flexible in otherwise normal situations Experience Factory floor experience desired Packaging experience preferred Quality inspection experience a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HDHP Plans with Company contribution to H.S.A.
