Weekends and overtime as needed based on production needs We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Service Pack Associates for a facility in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, employees will be responsible for repackaging automotive parts for dealerships in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Repackage automotive parts according to customer and company specifications Inspect parts and packaging for accuracy and quality Label, sort, organize, and prepare parts for shipment Follow work instructions and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Report damaged parts, packaging issues, or discrepancies to supervisor Support team members as needed in other packaging or production-related tasks

Requirements Requirements:

Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or automotive parts experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable and punctual Attendance is extremely important Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift, move, and handle automotive parts as needed Ability to work overtime and weekends based on production needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in packaging, repacking, warehouse, or automotive-related work Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Good work ethic and consistent attendance This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady first-shift hours with the potential for overtime.
