7am - until completed (Monday and Tuesday) 8am - until completed (Wednesday and Thursday Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and system instructions. Prepare orders according to cold-chain requirements, including proper use of insulation, ice packs, and other temperature-sensitive packaging materials. Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice in accordance with company safety procedures and cold-chain protocols. Meet daily packing and shipping targets while working within carrier pickup cutoff times. Verify product, quantity, labeling, and packaging accuracy before sealing packages. Apply shipping labels and carrier-specific documentation correctly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow cold-storage, food-safety, and workplace safety standards. Report order discrepancies, damaged products, or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly. Assist with receiving, inventory counts, stocking, and restocking as needed. Follow all company SOPs, food-safety guidelines, and applicable OSHA requirements. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You Bring Ability to work in a cold-storage environment, including extended exposure to freezing temperatures. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly . Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work at a fast pace and meet time-sensitive shipping deadlines. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential due to daily carrier pickup schedules. Ability to read and follow written instructions, packing slips, labels, and basic system instructions. Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or shipping experience is preferred but not required . Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Work Environment This position requires working in a temperature-controlled and cold-storage environment . Employees may have extended exposure to freezing temperatures and will be expected to follow all required safety and cold-chain procedures. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Repeatedly bend, reach, lift, and handle products and packaging materials.
