Full Job Description Seasonal Pickle Production & Packaging Worker Locations:

Taylor MI Shifts Available:

1st (6:00 AM- 4:00 PM)

We are seeking Seasonal Pickle Production & Packaging Workers for our Taylor facility. Employees can be placed in a variety of production and packaging processes associated with pickle production. Responsibilities may include preparing, processing, packaging, inspecting, and handling product throughout the production process. This position is physical and fast-paced.

Primary Responsibilities:

Keep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards Perform job-related tasks associated with pickle production and packaging Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and other production equipment as needed Maintain good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Have a positive attitude while upholding a culture of mutual respect for all Additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs Complete any assigned tasks and/or projects as needed

Key Qualifications:

The ability to stand and work for 10 or more hours per shift The ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment The ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift The ability to work safely around production equipment The ability to uphold safe food processing and sanitation standards Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Full-time positions at our Detroit facility may involve working in colder production environments (35-45 degrees) and handling raw meat.
