Full-Time Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, positive team member to join our clean, safe, and friendly production facility. This role focuses primarily on picking and packing orders for our automotive specialty products, with additional responsibilities supporting production prep and general warehouse activity. The pace is steady, the environment is low-stress, and the team you'll be joining is supportive and great to work with. Key Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing (Primary Role) Accurately pick finished goods for daily shipments using pick tickets or delivery notes. Pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup. Verify order accuracy, product condition, and correct documentation. Maintain a clean and organized picking area. Material Handling & Warehouse Support Operate a hi-lo (forklift) to move raw materials and finished goods (training/certification available). Load and unload trucks as needed. Store pallets in racking and help keep warehouse inventory organized. Production Support Assemble components, kits, and basic subassemblies for production staff. Assist with staging raw materials for upcoming production runs. Operate mixing equipment when needed (training provided). General Responsibilities Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment guidelines. Report any equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in warehouse, order picking, or production environments is a plus. Forklift/hi-lo experience preferred (or willingness to train). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Reliable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
