Rubber Molders - Aitkin & Staples, MN Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Great Benefits | Career Growth Penmac Staffing is partnering with a local, reputable manufacturer and we're looking for motivated individuals to join the team as Rubber Molders! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career, we have multiple shifts available to fit your schedule.
Open Positions & Pay Aitkin, MN:
1st
Shift:
Mon-Thu | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $16.00/hr 2nd
Shift:
Mon-Thu | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM | $16.75/hr
Staples, MN:
3rd
Shift:
Sun-Thu | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $16.75/hr $1.00/hr raise when hired on permanently! ✅ What You'll Do Set up materials, tools, and press settings for production Measure and weigh materials accurately Inspect finished products for quality Trim and finish molded parts Count and track completed product What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to: Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Bend, reach, and work with hands-on tasks Comfortable wearing PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, etc.) Why You'll Love This Job Once hired permanently, you'll receive an excellent benefits package starting DAY ONE, including: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance $50,000 Company-Paid Life Insurance ️ Short & Long-Term Disability (Company Paid) 401(k) with eligibility quickly after hire $1,600 Retention Bonus (paid over your first year) Monthly Production Bonuses (up to $150) Tuition Reimbursement 2 Weeks
