We are seeking a hardworking Finishing & Packaging Associate to join a great local wood products manufacturing team in Duluth, MN! If you enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want your weekends starting early on Friday, this is the role for you.

Mon-Thurs:

7AM-4:30

PM, Fri:

7-11

What You'll Do:

Feed and catch lumber materials from production and finishing equipment. Inspect wood products carefully to identify and remove defects. Sand, stain, and apply finishes to high-quality wood products. Bundle, wrap, and band finished materials securely for shipment. Follow daily work orders accurately while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Strong reliability, punctuality, and a great work ethic.

Physical stamina:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/move throughout your shift. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/16").

Bonus Points:

Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or construction. Previous hands-on experience working with wood products or carpentry tools. Apply Today!
