Earthaus Plaster is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Specialist to handcraft samples, measure pigments, and assemble, package, and ship our artisan products. This is a solo role in our Duluth warehouse — if you thrive working alone with your music and a clear list of tasks, this could be a great fit. Earthaus Plaster (pronounced earth-house ) is an e-commerce company specializing in architectural mineral finishes. A natural alternative to conventional paint, our mineral finishes are popular with homeowners, designers, and builders throughout the US and Canada. About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist responsible for order fulfillment — including making handmade plaster samples, measuring pigments, product assembly, packaging, and shipping — while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and taking ownership of inventory. Once trained, you'll work independently and coordinate remotely with the rest of the team.

Job Type:

Part-time, 25 hours/week

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, choose a 5-hour block between 9am-5pm for the 3-month training period; flexible hours afterward

Compensation:

$20.00/hour during training, increasing to $22.00/hour once fully trained and independent. Annual raises thereafter.

ASAP Responsibilities Create handcrafted samples across all Earthaus finishes Accurately weigh and measure pigment packs Pack and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Manage time effectively to ensure daily orders are assembled, packed, and ready for pickup Use online platforms for order processing, shipping, and tracking Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management to support workflow Qualifications Seeking long-term employment — this is not a seasonal position No prior experience required, though previous work in product assembly or order fulfillment is a plus. We provide thorough training on our products and fulfillment processes. Comfortable and content working alone for full shifts Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Manual dexterity and genuine interest in learning to handcraft plaster samples Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks without supervision Strong communication skills for coordinating remotely with the team Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management Physical requirements: Able to stand and walk for extended periods; frequently reach, twist, bend, stoop, squat, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
