Job Summary Tasty Gems Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Your energetic approach will help ensure that products are prepared for shipment accurately and on time, contributing to overall operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in packaging processes while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, seal, and prepare products for shipment Follow detailed packaging instructions to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Inspect finished packages for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling Use warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station to meet safety and efficiency standards Assist with inventory management by recording packaged items and updating tracking systems Support assembly tasks as needed to facilitate smooth production flow Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using hand tools and small machinery Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in packaging or assembly roles Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us as a Packaging Associate at Tasty Gems and become an essential part of our manufacturing success!
