2nd Shift Hand Packer 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 1200 Commerce Boulevard, Howard Lake, MN 55349 ALL JOBS 22 reviews Position Summary The Hand Packer is responsible for safely and accurately packaging eggs in accordance with company standards, food safety requirements, and production goals. Strong communication with Grader Operators to help with efficiency of product. Key Responsibilities Remove eggs from the production line and place them into appropriate packaging or onto pallets Identify, remove, and properly dispose of damaged or dirty eggs Apply correct labels and verify dates to ensure accuracy Communicate with denester and line team members regarding product flow changes Pack and unpack finished goods as required Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the lead or manager Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform routine cleaning duties in assigned areas Perform other duties as assigned Maintain a clean and safe work area by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Ability to follow safety and food handling requirements Resumen del
