Operations Team Member Job Description As an Operations Team Member, you will be engaged in sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting restaurant furniture table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will employ hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools. The warehouse operations utilize sit-down forklifts. Responsibilities Sand, grind, assemble, and cut restaurant furniture table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. Utilize hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools. Operate sit-down forklifts in the warehouse. Essential Skills 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience. 1 to 2 years of construction, millwork, or cabinetry experience (recent within the last 2 years). 1 to 2 recent years (within the last 6 months) of experience using hand and power tools. 1 to 2 years of experience with measuring tools. Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment, verified through references of past work experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a dusty millwork area, with the option to wear an issued respirator face cup. Comfort working in warm conditions during the summer months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
