Operations Team Member

Job Title:

Operations Team Member Job Overview Help build restaurant furniture by sanding, cutting, assembling, and finishing parts like tabletops, booths, and fixtures. You'll use tools, measure materials, and move products in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Sand, grind, cut, and assemble furniture pieces Use hand and power tools safely Measure materials accurately Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials Work with a team to meet daily production goals Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment Keep work areas clean, especially dusty millwork areas Stand and perform physical work for up to 10-hour shifts Work overtime (Fridays and Saturdays as needed) Requirements 6 months-1 year forklift experience 1-2 years of construction, millwork, or cabinetry experience Experience using hand/power tools and measuring tools Ability to stand for long shifts and do physical work Comfortable working in dusty and warm environments Reliable for early shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Thurs + overtime Why Work Here Employee-owned company (ESOP) Share in company profits after becoming permanent Supportive, team-focused environment Training and growth opportunities Work Environment Manufacturing/millwork setting Dusty and warm at times Team-based workflow Casual dress (jeans, t-shirt, steel-toed boots) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
