Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Shop Helpers for a temporary general labor assignment in Rogers, MN. This position will provide hands-on support to the shop team with packaging, repacking, material handling, cleanup, and other general labor duties as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Break down cardboard boxes and packaging materials. Build and prepare boxes for products and materials. Repack products and materials into different boxes as directed. Sort, organize, and stage products and packaging materials. Assist with moving materials throughout the work area. Prepare products or materials for storage, shipment, or distribution. Remove and properly dispose of cardboard and other packaging materials. Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads. Provide general labor support to shop and warehouse team members. Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Assist with additional packaging, material handling, cleanup, or general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or similar experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Dependable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to perform a variety of general labor duties throughout the workday. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to safety and workplace organization. Comfortable performing repetitive packaging and material handling tasks. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to safely lift and handle boxes, products, and materials as required by the position.

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing, warehouse, and shop environment. Hands-on position involving packaging, material handling, cleanup, and general labor. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and movement throughout the workday. Regular handling of boxes, packaging materials, and products. Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as applicable. Must consistently follow established workplace and safety procedures.
