Grocery Picker Mid Shift

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, Produce & Dry Grocery Order Picker for our mid-shift operations. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll work in a dynamic environment, picking and preparing grocery items stored in temperature-controlled areas. Starting at 1:00 pm, work until all areas are fully picked, Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, Excellent attendance! Duties Accurately pick grocery items from all areas based on customer orders. Ensure all items are handled properly to maintain quality and safety standards. Organize and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer/ cooler or produce areas, adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Provide support in other areas of the warehouse as needed, demonstrating flexibility in your role. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or grocery environment is preferred. Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods while maintaining focus on tasks. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Capability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently as part of the order-picking process. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
