Emergency Department Medical Director | 475K+ Year 1| 75K+ Sign On | Minnesota

Join a well-established Emergency Medicine team north of Minneapolis as the ED Medical Director. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a welcoming, rural Emergency Department. You will lead an experienced team of Emergency Medicine APPs, foster a patient-centered culture, and help deliver compassionate, efficient care to patients of all ages. Details:

• Lead the Emergency Department, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients while supporting the team of experienced physician assistants
• Level IV trauma center
• 10 or 12 hour shifts
• No call
• Daily census of ED is 25 patients
• Dayshift- 4 or 5 day work week

Compensation:

Salary:

$345K+ (based upon experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

$75K+

PTO:
