Job Description
Penmac Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a production team in Brandsville, MO. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with potential for full-time employment based on performance and attendance. Pallet and lumber production positions hiring now!
Schedule:
- 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM- Overtime on Fridays as required
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient plant environment.
- Follow safety guidelines including PPE use (steel/composite toe boots, safety glasses, earplugs).
- Adhere to company policies and attendance expectations to support team productivity.
- Report any workplace injuries immediately following company protocol.
Requirements:
- Strong attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to follow safety and conduct policies.
- Team-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Must wear required safety equipment and comply with dress code.
