Weekend shift•Fri-Sun 5:00 am•5:30 pm (36 hours) Responsibilities Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment Order selection (picking) Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy Pack and ship products for customer orders Qualifications Are you: Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.) Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality Able to stand or walk for duration of shift Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc. Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift Able to climb stairs Why Melaleuca Great starting pay at $18.25 per hour + $1/hr shift differential = $19.25 Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with contribution match Company profit sharing Longevity bonuses $100 free Melaleuca product every month Opportunities for pay increases Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Fitness center And much more!
