$100 bonus for perfect attendance in the first week. 60 and 90 day bonus Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production/Packer to join our manufacturing team in Orrick, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes while ensuring the timely completion of daily production targets. 3rd shift opportunities available! Responsibilities Operate assembly lines to assemble products accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards Use hand tools and power tools to complete packing and assembly tasks Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly Assist in inventory management by stocking supplies and recording production data Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements Requirements Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility preferred Familiarity with assembly line operations and use of hand tools and power tools Mechanical knowledge is highly advantageous Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
