We are looking to hire Full-time General Operative for our Warehouse in St. Joseph, Missouri. As a General Operative you will be assigned in different departments within the warehouse and given training on the job for the role, so no previous warehouse or assembly experience is necessary. We have several departments that do assembly of products using tools and machines, packaging of product and palletising for fur filling customer orders. Including receiving of goods and shipping. We cross train in all areas and rotate staff based on production needs. We are looking for a new team member that is reliable, flexible, practical and solution orientated to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities Some of your duties may include, but not limited to: Assembly of products, using tools and machines Packaging of products Get customer orders ready Ensure product meets quality requirements Load and unload trucks and containers You will also need to be able to: Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shift Use carts, pallet jacks to move items around Adhere to strict safety, quality and fulfilment production standards Lift up to 49 pounds and push carts up to 60 pounds Key requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills. Capable of lifting and carrying items. Reliable and responsible Team player. Legal right to work in the U.S. Furthermore, suitable candidates might be subject to background checks.
