$16.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join a medical warehouse team in Springfield, MO. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, stocking, receiving, and routing products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced warehouse setting and is committed to quality and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Receive, stock, replenish, and accurately pick customer orders Verify products, quantities, and labels to maintain inventory accuracy Route completed orders to the appropriate staging or trailer area Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Operate warehouse computers and inventory systems as required Work effectively with team members to meet productivity goals Communicate inventory discrepancies or unresolved issues promptly Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to company policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, material handling, or order picking experience preferred Forklift and order picker equipment experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must successfully complete pre-employment testing Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Schedule Sunday:

8:30 AM until work is complete

Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM until work is complete Saturday and 1 day off during the week.
