We're growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented Trimming & Packaging Specialists to join our team. Job Responsibilities Hand-trimming cannabis plants with precision and consistency Packaging flower and products accurately according to company standards Working directly around live plants in a production environment Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Following SOPs, compliance rules, and safety guidelines Accurately weighing, counting, and labeling products Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements Must be comfortable working around cannabis plants Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs Strong hand-eye coordination Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills (weighing, counting, tracking) Punctual, dependable, and ready to work scheduled shifts Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience Trimming or cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required We're willing to train the right candidate who's motivated and detail-oriented What We Offer Work with an award-winning cannabis brand Hands-on experience in a professional cultivation and production environment Opportunity for growth within a respected company A team that actually cares about the product and the culture If you take pride in your work, move with purpose, and want to be part of a brand that's building something real, Southern Herb Co wants to hear from you.
