Job Summary The Order Packer/Shipper is responsible for accurately packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring all products are correctly labeled and documented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

▪ Verify picked products against packing slips and customer orders.

▪ Label packages with the appropriate customer information and shipment details.

▪ Generate and print shipping labels when required.

▪ Process and complete packing activities using Ship Central and NetSuite systems.

▪ Maintain workflow efficiency to keep pace with warehouse picking operations.

▪ Conduct final quality audits on all outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.

▪ Identify and report discrepancies in products, quantities, packaging, or documentation.

▪ Ensure packing slips accurately reflect shipped contents.

▪ Maintain an organized and clean packing area.

▪ Communicate with pickers, warehouse staff, and supervisors regarding order issues or discrepancies.

▪ Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.

▪ Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

▪ High school diploma or equivalent.

▪ 1+ years of previous warehouse, shipping, or packing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

▪ Frequent walking throughout warehouse facilities.

▪ Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

▪ Pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching.

▪ Ability to operate a pallet jack safely.

▪ Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
