Job Description
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for providing support to the warehousing operations with specific responsibility to pulling client orders, staging upcoming client orders, pulling, and receiving transfer inventory, inputting client orders, cleaning the warehouse, and inventory control.Duties/Responsibilities:
Promote a high level of customer service to all clients. Develop in-depth knowledge of product and installation methods by attending vendor presentations, workshops, and on the job training. Actively pulls client orders for will call pick up. Actively stages client orders for upcoming pick up or delivery. Assists in quality control to ensure accuracy of pulled orders. Cleans warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area. Lifting 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. Drives forklift for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated areas in accordance with company safety procedures. Participates in physical and cycle inventory counts for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses. Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns immediately. Perform other related duties as assigned and required.Required Skills/Abilities:
