This role is important to keeping orders moving, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Responsibilities Pick items accurately from the inventory using order sheets or instructions Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Verify product counts, labels, and package accuracy before shipment Sort products and organize materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines Meet productivity and quality expectations for your assigned shift Support team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications and Requirements No prior experience required; training is provided Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen Your New Organization Our client is a global leader in the healthcare industry, offering stable work, multiple shift options, and a team-focused environment.
