Job Description

We are actively seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our packaging team as Packers. Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards. Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting and the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts. Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct packaging specifications and procedures. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse operations area, following safety protocol adherence. Perform assembly tasks related to packaging components using hand tools and industrial equipment. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and GMP standards throughout all packaging processes. Assist in materials handling activities, including loading, unloading, and inventory management. Support manufacturing activities by maintaining accurate documentation of production processes and adhering to quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing facility operations or warehouse environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial tools, and materials handling techniques. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial troubleshooting, and mechanical systems is advantageous. Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including
GMP, FDA
regulations, and CGMP compliance. Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks. Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus. Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions consistently. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail.
