Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer / Crate Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing sturdy, custom crates and packing materials to ensure the safe transportation of goods. Your expertise in woodworking, construction materials, and safety protocols will help us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled craftsmen in a fast-paced environment dedicated to precision and safety. Duties Build custom crates and packing solutions using hand tools, power tools and tape measures Safely operate power tools including saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment Measure, cut, assemble, and secure crates ensuring durability for shipping and handling Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to power tool safety standards Assist with loading and unloading materials, heavy lifting as needed for crate assembly Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and framing Strong understanding of wood construction materials and their applications in crate building Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality standards Handyman skills including cabinetry installation or general assembly work Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship, safety-conscious work practices, and delivering high-quality packaging solutions.
