Order Checker / Verifier (Warehouse)

Charlotte Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30pm Join Our Team and Make an Impact! Are you detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right the first time? We're looking for an Order Checker / Verifier who plays a critical role in ensuring every order leaving our facility is accurate, safe, and customer-ready. In this role, you'll be the final quality checkpoint before shipments go out—helping us maintain high standards, prevent errors, and deliver excellent service to our clients. What You'll Do Verify Orders with Precision Compare picked orders against shipping documents Ensure correct products, quantities, and lot numbers Check for damage, expiration dates, and overall product quality Maintain Accurate Records Complete verification forms and discrepancy reports Communicate issues clearly to supervisors and team members Ensure Quality & Compliance Inspect packaging for proper labeling and sealing Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards Collaborate with the Team Partner with pickers, packers, and shipping staff Assist in correcting order discrepancies and rechecks Support Warehouse Operations Participate in inventory counts and audits Help keep a clean and organized workspace Use RF scanners or equipment (if certified) What We're Looking For ✔ High school diploma or GED (preferred) ✔ At least 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred) ✔ At least 1 year of forklift driving experience (preferred) ✔ Experience with order checking or inventory control is a plus ✔ Strong attention to detail and accountability ✔ Basic math and reading skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout your shift Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures Why You'll Love This Role Be a key player in delivering quality and accuracy Gain experience across multiple warehouse functions Work with a team that values accountability and teamwork Opportunity to grow and support leadership functions Apply Today!
