Monday - Friday (infrequent weekends)
Hours:
6:00am to 2:30pm
Payrate:
starting at $17/hr
POSITION SUMMARY
The Repackaging team member reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on their shift and is based out of our Hendersonville, North Carolina location. This individual will be responsible for operating the assembly conveyor belt associated with the line the employee has been assigned to in an efficient manner. Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail through many changes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
(essential functions of the job) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsibilities include : Remove the boxes with bottles from the pallets and place onto assembly conveyor belt Monitor the flow of boxed bottles on assembly conveyor belt and place bottles to assigned boxes Seal pallet of boxed bottles with wrapping material Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead for tasks and assignments Maintain a clean work environment Available to work some weekends and overtime when assigned and approved by management Awareness and adherence to all safety requirements Strict adherence to all lock-out tag-out requirements Perform other related duties as required and assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required Qualifications Three months manufacturing experience Excellent verbal communication skills Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in the food/beverage industry Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment Excellent time management skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting.
