Rework Associate Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
Shift:
2:30pm-10:30pm , 2:45pm-10:45pm , 3:00pm-11:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Transport sterilized bags using a powered industrial truck (PIT) from the cooling area to the packing line Maintain and inspect PIT batteries as required Keep truck unloader supplied with trucks to be unloaded Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment, including carton erector Visually inspect each bag for defects and categorize/log identified defects Manually unload and package bags as needed Unpackage and reinspect products, assist with line clearance Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 6S principles Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards (SOPs, cGMP)
Work Environment:
Class IV Controlled Environment (
PPE:
safety glasses, shoes, gloves, ear plugs) Exposure to constant/intermittent noise, vibration, and moving machinery
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 18 years of age Basic English written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow verbal/written safety instructions and read work instructions Basic math skills required Ability to obtain
PIT Operator and Inspector Certification Preferred:
One (1) year of manufacturing experience CRC Career Readiness Certification (Silver Level)
Physical Requirements:
Frequent grasping, pushing/pulling, reaching Lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally Normal visual acuity and color distinction Ability to squat, climb, kneel, twist, and bend
