• Primary Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly:

• Hand-filling, rolling, and finishing botanical products to exacting weight and density specifications.

• Quality Control:

• Visually inspecting all raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet our premium brand standards.

• Labeling & Sealing:

• Applying brand labels, safety seals, and batch trackers with high accuracy and neatness.

• Inventory Management:

• Assisting with the organized storage of inventory and maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation. ###
• Requirements

• Manual Dexterity:

• Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for repetitive, delicate tasks.
• Attention to

Detail:

• Ability to follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding weight measurements and packaging aesthetics.

• Reliability:

• Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain focus during independent tasks.

• Compliance:

• Must be 21+ and able to pass a standard background check.

• Physical Stamina:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive motions. ###
