is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to join our Day Treatment team in Lincolnton. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role designed for clinicians who are confident working with complex cases and want to play a key role in stabilizing and redirecting the trajectory of children and adolescents. This position is demanding—but for the right clinician, it is equally meaningful and rewarding. Position Overview The Day Treatment Therapist serves as the clinical lead for the program, providing oversight of the treatment milieu while delivering direct clinical services. This includes individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision for direct program staff. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight of the Day Treatment program Deliver individual, family, and group therapy Lead crisis interventions and support stabilization efforts Provide clinical supervision and ongoing guidance to direct program staff Guide staff in implementing therapeutic interventions within the milieu Ensure treatment aligns with each child's Person-Centered Plan Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to support continuity of care About the Program Day Treatment is a structured, intensive service designed for children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs. Services are delivered within a therapeutic milieu focused on: Reducing symptoms and stabilizing functioning Building coping skills and improving relationships Supporting long-term recovery and resilience Increasing the ability to function successfully in home, school, and community settings Interventions are individualized, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and family-centered. The ultimate goal is successful reintegration into a traditional school environment.
