Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines administrative support, production management, packing, and shipping responsibilities, quality control, orders deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our small business by managing office tasks, overseeing production workflows, ensuring accurate packing and shipping of products, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to develop a broad skill set while supporting various facets of our operations. Responsibilities Manage all orders, checking with production team, checking with the customers, and customer support team. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards. Pack products carefully for shipment, verify order accuracy, and prepare items for delivery using proper shipping procedures. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, tracking shipments, and updating customers on delivery status. Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance via email, addressing inquiries professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting personal assistant duties including calendar management. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency across all departments. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure seamless communication between production, shipping, and administrative functions. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy along with data entry skills and typing proficiency. Previous clerical or administrative experience supporting front desk operations or personal assistant functions. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while providing outstanding customer support. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Experience in packing and shipping logistics is desirable but not required; training will be provided as needed.
