Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate order picking equipment to fulfill customer orders
• Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently according to order specifications
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products
• Stock inventory in designated areas
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to [50] pounds, repeatedly throughout the day
• Experience operating order picking equipment is preferred but not required; mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

This job may require standing for long periods of time and working in various temperature conditions.
