Rotating Schedule Position Summary:

We are currently hiring Packaging Associates for facilities located in Morrisville and Durham, NC. This role is responsible for assisting with packaging operations, product quality checks, material preparation, and supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality inspections
• Operate basic packaging equipment such as shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters
• Prepare and stage materials for production runs
• Accurately record production data in the MIS system
• Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and production standards
• Support team members to ensure production and customer goals are met
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
