Position Summary The Finishing Associate prepares socks for shipment by boarding, pairing, tagging, and packaging products according to production instructions. This position helps ensure finished products meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review production sheets and work instructions. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Pair socks according to production specifications. Place socks on boarding forms. Straighten heels and toes. Apply the correct tags, labels, or stickers. Package finished products into the appropriate cartons. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read production sheets, labels, and work instructions. Basic counting and math skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn new processes and follow safety procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, board, tag, and package products. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Ability to distinguish colors and inspect products for quality. Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to production equipment and moving machinery. The work area may be noisy and requires following all safety policies and wearing required personal protective equipment. Occasional exposure to varying temperatures and other manufacturing conditions.
