The ideal candidate must be willing to learn restoration and be capable of delivering high-quality work on time. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks on restoration projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Moving and wrapping furniture Packing and wrapping items or contents in a home Must be able to lift and move up to 75+ pounds For some subcontractors, your daily duties include cleaning of contents Must have reliable transportation and nonslip shoes or working boots Skills Must be willing to learn restoration Customer service skills are preferred Ability to work in a team setting Must be willing to adapt to a flexible schedule, follow all directions provided by lead, and be punctual to work every day you are asked to work.
