• + 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6 AM
• 4 PM, Overtime as business needs require on Fridays and Saturdays + 1st shift starting pay: $18.00/hour

• JOB PURPOSE

• Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor.

• JOB DUTIES

• + Operates various types of caterpillar product

SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE

+ Perform material handling and warehousing functions + Moves and stores prime product from production line to storage + Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center + Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction + Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents + Ability to train others in Standard Work + Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work + Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition + Ability to safely move prime product in to confined areas and secure for transportation

• Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
• + Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes + Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor + Must be able to work in tight spaces + Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures + Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

• Basic Qualifications:

• + Possess a valid driver license
• Top candidates will also have:
• + Caterpillar product knowledge

SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE

+ At least 6 months of experience truck loading and securement + Some experience operating heavy machinery preferably

• Summary Pay Range:

• $18.00
• $22.40 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
