Driver - Picker/ packer Req #761 150 Transit Ave, Thomasville, NC 27360, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Internal Transportation/ Picker Packer This role is for a transportation position with duties that include but are not limited to the following: This person will transport material between 2 sites. The sites are less than 1/2 mile away from each other.

• Drive box truck between 102 and 150 buildings delivering daily requirements
• Loading and Unloading truck that consists of: Loose items, Pallets and Boxes as required for daily operations and shipments,
• Ability to pick, pack, move and ship items with company truck. Load items on outside delivery trailers.
• Unload third party trucks with Pallet Jack, Hand Jack, Forklift as required.
• Move items to and from storage areas as needed.
• Use computer to systemically move items.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This person must have a valid driver's license.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a production environment where disruptions occur frequently.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands:

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
