Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Inspector/Packer, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards and efficient packaging of our products. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment and contribute to the seamless flow of our manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help maintain our reputation for excellence while supporting a safe and productive work environment. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of products to verify quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications using detailed production documents. Operate packaging equipment efficiently, ensuring proper assembly, labeling, and sealing of products according to manufacturing standard operating procedures. Handle materials safely using appropriate materials handling equipment such as forklifts and hand tools, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Must be able to pick up heavy rolls weighing from 80-100 pounds. Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly preferred but not necessary. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements, counts, and documentation accuracy.
