Production Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team at a busy production facility in Tryon, NC. This position is responsible for accurately processing and packing orders. The ideal candidate will also be trained to serve as a backup fabric cutter, providing critical support to our production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders according to company standards Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed Learn and support fabric cutting operations as a trained backup Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work effectively as part of the 2nd shift team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order processing, packing, or production is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good physical condition — must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn new skills, including fabric cutting Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule:

2nd Shift (typically starts mid-afternoon and ends late evening) Overtime may be required based on production needs
