Fulfillment Associate

Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately assembling, packaging, and preparing customer orders in alignment with company standards and timelines. This role ensures quality control through careful inspection of products and packages, maintains organized and stocked inventory, and supports general warehouse operations as needed. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to all safety and handling procedures. This position will work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Duties & Responsibilities Assemble and package products according to company standards and customer orders. Diligently inspect accuracy of packages prior to shipment to ensure quality control. Monitor fulfillment timelines and resolve any fulfillment-related issues or delays. Keep an accurate count of inventory and keep inventory stocked for efficient access. Float as needed within warehouse functions to support the team to fulfill orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for handling hemp products. Occasional use of personal vehicles for company-related tasks. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to count accurately and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to sit, stand and focus for long periods of time. Gets along well with others and ability to follow directions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time. Repetitive hand and arm movements required for packaging and assembly tasks. Ability to visually inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures. Positive work ethic with trustworthiness and a high level of integrity.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
